Return Policy

Due to Covid-19, shipping times are slower than usual. Please be patient. We aim for all orders to be delivered in 7-10 business days. All domestic orders over $99.00 will receive free shipping.

It is possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages as all of our apparel and mala necklace kits are made to order and some items take longer than others to produce and ship out.


Returns & Exchanges

We will happily exchange or issue store credit on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with ALL original tags still attached within 10 days of the confirmation of delivery. However, we DO NOT exchange or issue store credit for items that were purchased on sale or are damaged upon return to us.


We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds on items. If you have an issue with the item you have received or feel it does not match the description on our site, you can reach out to us directly and we will do what we can to remedy the issue and make it right!

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for exchanged purchases. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. 

All exchanges must meet the following requirements.
* Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 10 days of receiving order.
* Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
* Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
* Final Sale items may not be returned. 
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately. We will do all we can to remedy the issue and make it right if you are not happy with your order.
